Kent graduated from the University of Florida’s physical therapy program in 1994. His focus has always been manual therapy for orthopedic/sports injuries and chronic pain. His love of cycling and the need to accommodate his own orthopedic injuries led him to become a bike fitter. Certifications include: bike fitting(Serotta International Cycling Institute-Level II) SICI, manual therapy(Univ. St. Augustine), trigger point dry needling(Travell Institute), fascial manipulation(Istituto Manipalazione Fasciale). The predominant area of professional education has been osteopathic manual medicine begun with the URSA foundation in 1996. He has taught the osteopathic approach of manual therapy to physio therapists abroad. He enjoys riding with local Atlanta friends at Stone Mountain Park, Sosebee and the Silver Comet Trail.
